Carol + Charles have lived in this home for nearly 25 years, and this addition off of the master bedroom had been deteriorating from termite damage for years. It had sunk over 3 inches in the floor, and had cracks all over the plaster.
Doxa worked with trade partners from the beginning, getting a structural assessment from a structural engineer, hiring an excavator to properly install a French drain and down-spouting around the addition, a mason to waterproof the foundation, framers to replace all rotten framing for the addition, new drywall, trim, full bathroom remodel, and custom closet shelving to finish out with much detail.
Doxa transformed this addition from an asset to a warm and welcoming asset that Charles + Carol can enjoy, and that will be a great blessing to their children or grandchildren whenever they pass the house on in the family.
